Immediate Action Rapid Deployment Advanced Practical Course:
This advanced course for Rapid Deployment is intended for Law Enforcement officers who have completed a Basic Rapid Deployment course and wish to improve their skills. The course involves short classroom refresher, active simulated firearm and hands-on physical training. This course requires participants to be aggressive and to practice techniques involving entering a building during violent situations, and locating and subduing active shooters. This course includes extensive "Force on Force" drilling, live-fire drilling, and several field training exercises with actors, pyrotechnics, and projectile training weapons (AirSoft/Simunitions). It's designed to simulate a "real-life" scenario and to increase the proficiency level & credibility of the participant/instructor so that he/she can effectively deliver these proven and effective techniques/protocols to their respective agencies and organizations.
Equipment Requirements: Duty equipment, flashlight and ballistic vests. All weapons must be secured prior to entering class. Red guns will be supplied for use during class. Detailed equipment list will be sent upon enrollment.

mirrors
in slow
deliberate
operations,
when
chemical
agents
and
less-lethal
are
appropriate,
how to
use
shields
in
medium
speed
warrants,
multiple
shield
tactics,
shield
firing
techniques,
close
combat
with the
shield,
and much
more.
This

for the
new SWAT
member
or for
the
experienced
member
who
wants to
update
his
skills.
