Synergy was founded in 2001 with the sole focus on providing real-world, workable products for our clients.  Over the years, we have developed a successful corporation based on top quality programs and customer satisfaction.  Synergy has developed partnerships in state, local and federal government, healthcare, public safety, and business. These partnerships assure we can offer our clients the most current products, education, and training.  Synergy’s diversity has afforded us the opportunity to work with clientele including police departments, fire services, colleges, hospitals, public schools, private institutions and business entities. Synergy has been involved in the development and creation of life saving programs such as the Early Search Program (ESP) for people with Autism and Alzheimer’s, the School Violence Response Program (SVRP) and the Large Venue Evacuation Program.  I.M.P.A.C.T. (Incident Management protocols And Critical Tasks), our flagship program, creates an interactive coordinated response plan for our clients. We have facilitated numerous large scale tabletop exercises to assist with training and education in the area of critical incident management.  We have developed and implemented large scale lockdown procedures and conducted full-scale evacuations involving over a thousand people. The Synergy team collectively has over 150 years of response and management experience in the above areas. Members of our team have been part of the incident command structure on nearly 100 major incidents. This real-world experience is invaluable when combined with an equally deep and broad experience in exercise management, emergency planning, training and education.  The team has instructors at all levels of law enforcement and crisis management. Team members include a Certified Master Exercise Planner, Certified Firearms Instructors, certification in the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Incident Command System, and all members of the team are trained in the use of the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP).
